Usborne Family Medicine, Inc., has been proudly serving the community since 2008. Family owned and operated, we pride ourselves in maintaining the status of a solo practice. This allows the patient/provider experience to be more personal. We want our patients to feel welcomed, respected, and comfortable. We have both female and male providers to make our patients feel at ease with whatever sensitive subject they may need to discuss with their healthcare professional. This is a safe zone, where your care will be top priority.
Rosalyne Leong
California State Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C), PA-C
Rosalyne Leong, PA-C, is a California-certified physician assistant who has been with Usborne Family Medicine, Inc. in Covina, California, for eight years. What she enjoys most about working with the team is interacting with patients and their families.
Leong is a California-native who grew up in the Bay Area and then earned her Bachelor of Science in biological studies from the University of California, Irvine, in 2007.
Since the start of her career with the team at Usborne Family Medicine in 2013, she has obtained quite a large patient following, and her patients are most grateful for her strong clinical acumen and gentle listening style. She is personable and empathic with all her patients.
Leong is licensed as a physician assistant with the California Physician Assistant Board. At Usborne Family Medicine, Leong manages the care of patients of all ages and works closely with patients and their families to ensure all their needs are met.
When Leong is not here helping patients at Usborne Family Medicine, she enjoys spending quality time with her newlywed husband, their daughter, and their French bulldog named Winston.
Sarah Burton, PA-C
Sarah Burton, PA-C, is a California board-certified physician assistant who has been with Usborne Family Medicine, Inc. in Covina, California, for about 1 year now. What she enjoys most about working with the team is getting to know patients on a personal level and helping them along on their health journey.
Burton is a California-native who grew up in the Pasadena Area and then earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry, from California Polytechnic University, Pomona, in 2015. With her work in urgent care and family practice, as well as working in underserved communities, she has been able to use her varied experience over the last 4 years as a PA to help patients from all different backgrounds. Patients appreciate her empathetic yet encouraging approach to providing care, as well as her dedication to providing the most up-to-date, evidence-based care.
Burton is licensed as a physician assistant by the California Physician Assistant Board. At Usborne Family Medicine, Burton manages the care of patients of all ages and works closely with patients and their families to ensure all their needs are met. When Burton is not here helping patients at Usborne Family Medicine, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as pursuing various interests such as nature walks and cooking classes.
